Bought a 2010 VW Polo from Tom in Aug 2016. Customer service and handover was very satisfactory. He was able to get the car ready to drive away and all the paper sorted in a couple of days. The Polo was very well valeted and mechanically has been no trouble in 7,000 miles of daily driving. He reassured me that any problem whatsoever to call back. I was really pleased and would recommend anyone looking for good quality mid-range priced cars to go have look see.
